Today, Capital Food LLC manages a physical restaurant, a cloud kitchen operation, and a consulting division focused on industry-specific outsourcing, auditing, and strategy. Capital Food LLC continued to grow during periods of extreme uncertainty — from the COVID-19 pandemic to the full-scale war in Ukraine.
